Dr. Greco provides affirming, knowledgeable psychiatric care for neurodivergent patients — including those with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and other presentations. She understands that neurodivergence intersects with mental health in complex ways and approaches each patient with curiosity and respect.

Mood & Anxiety Disorders

Mood and anxiety disorders are among the most common — and most undertreated — psychiatric conditions. Dr. Greco specializes in evidence-based pharmacotherapy for major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, and related conditions.

Dr. Greco completes ADA accommodation requests and FMLA documentation for an administrative fee. She believes that patients with psychiatric disabilities deserve equal access to workplace and academic protections — and she is willing to do the work to make that happen.
